Relief Care: Temporary relief for primary caregivers, ensuring their loved ones receive the same high standard of care in their absence. Post-Operative Care: Assisting clients with their recovery process following surgery, promoting a smooth and safe transition back to daily life. Disability Care: Tailored care solutions for individuals with disabilities, supporting their independence and quality of life. Palliative/End of Life Care: Providing compassionate care and support during the final stages of life, ensuring dignity, comfort, and peace for our clients and their families. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to delivering exceptional care with empathy, respect, and integrity. Duties range from: Helping with bathing and personal hygiene and pressure care to walking the dog. Cooking and tidying the linen cupboard, receiving guests, etc. This enables the client to retain their independence and continue to be in control of their own environment. Our carers have been trained to look at care holistically in the client’s own environment.

Whether it’s a small community gathering or a large-scale event, we are equipped to handle a variety of medical situations, ensuring peace of mind for organizers and attendees alike. We provide more than “first aid”. Our team is trained to manage a range of medical scenarios – from basic first aid to complex clinical interventions. Our paramedics, medics and first responders will therefore manage many medical conditions on-site which reduces the number of people being transported to hospital for medical attention.

TRAINING

First Aid Training: Our First Aid Training programme equips individuals with the essential skills and knowledge to respond effectively to a wide range of emergencies from minor injuries to life-threatening situations. This training enhances safety in the workplace, at home, and in public spaces, while building confidence to act quickly and potentially save lives before professional help arrives. Level 1 First Aid: This foundational course introduces learners to basic emergency care principles. Level 2 First Aid: This intermediate course builds on foundational knowledge, providing a more comprehensive understanding of emergency care. Learners are trained to deliver a higher standard of patient care, handle more complex situations, and respond with greater confidence in critical scenarios.
